Q: Where do you ship from?

A: California, USA

Q: Will my order come with tracking?

A: All orders come with tracking unless otherwise noted on the product description. Tracking information can be checked on USPS tracking site here. When your order is shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking number.

Q: When will my order ship out? 

A: The following applies for in-stock items, and not preorder items: 

Generally, I try to ship within 7-10 days of receiving orders, unless otherwise noted on the product description page. I work M-F 9-5 and work on orders either after work or on the weekend, then will visit the post office to bulk drop off orders. Thank you for your understanding and patience as I pack all items myself! If you need an order sooner, you can contact me and we can discusser express/quicker shipping options. 

Q: When will my preorder(s) ship?

A: Preorder items will ship based on the schedule provided on the product description.

If you order in-stock items with preorder items, they will ship all together when preorder items have arrived to me. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner than preorder items, please place as a separate order.

Q: Are you able to ship to my country? 

A: Sometimes there are countries I am unable to ship to. You can check if your country has shipping restrictions via the US postal service alerts page here.

Please note that at this time, I cannot ship to UK and Germany. I'm very sorry about this!

If your country is not listed and is not included in the exclusions above, you are also welcome to contact me to check if I can ship to you! 

Q: Do you cover customs, VAT, or other fees if I am charged for them?

A: Any customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and I will not cover them, as the fees vary by country. Thank you for your understanding. 

Q: Why are you asking for my phone number?

A: All orders outside the US require me to input a phone number. This is a requirement for the US postal service. I will not use this to contact you. Your phone number is provided in case your postal service needs to contact you. 

Q: Why is the shipping cost for orders outside the US so expensive? 🥲

A: I know, it makes me sad too! I wish I could offer lower shipping costs, but these are based on US postal shipping rates, which have continued to go up every year. If it helps to know, I do generally offer a more flat rate, so if you order 2-3 items instead of 1, the shipping cost is about the same – I take on the cost of a couple dollars myself to try and make it a little less daunting. 

Q: Do you take commissions?

A: Yes! Depending on the type of commission and your timeline, I may be open to take it on. You can check out my rates on the Commissions tab here.
